LOL I am sure they saw the sign and could care less. If their parents ignore signs, these kids will too.

Is the sign in English?? Well that explains it. Besides, like someone else wrote, the parents don't give a crap, so the kids don't either.
Are you seriously holding these kids to that sort of judgement?! A kid breaking a "No Fishing" sign is what you expect from kids here, Kansas, Helsinki and everywhere in between.
