The residence appears to be a duplex.
The one on the right has a cross on the door and bars on the window = Latino.
The one on the left has no bars and a window repaired with plywood = Americano.
Maybe a duplex but with the hose just hanging like that, tree doin' it's own thing...
Americano - rental at that.

This is tough one with cross on door, bars on only one window, plywood on other, not much concrete on lawn.
I'm going with American on this one.
