Classic Hialeah Front Yard

I like that they took and extra step to tile the whole thing. That's not stamped concrete. That's tile my friends. Try running on that to get into the house on a rainy day.

I just love the smell of concrete in Hialeah in the morning . . . reminds me of the green, green grass of home . . .

A Realtor would call that an "outdoor living space".

The thing is, though, half the front yard appears covered by an aluminum carport so only half the yard...oops, I mean tile, ever gets wet ;-}

could this contribute to the constant flooding problem in Hialeah?

Looks like a great place to drop a transmission, park a few cars for sale, or roast the lechoncito with plenty of room for the DJ with the giant speakers. I like it.
