If you didn't know better you'd think Payless Shoe store on 49th street (NW 103rd) in West Hialeah catches fire at least once a week. Why? 'Cause at least once a week there's a firetruck parked outside. My guess is the firefighters can't get the truck through the Starbucks drive-thru. I'm pretty sure they all have to go together in case an actual fire breaks out or somebody calls 911 with a stomach ache or something.
